A lawyer since 1975, Simon joined what is now Donaldson Trumble Lawyers in 2002.
In his career, Simon has practised predominantly in commercial and general property.
Simon’s experience includes acting for statutory corporations, property trusts and other entities, including major corporate investors and syndicates, in relation to the acquisition and disposal of shopping centres, CBD properties and large property portfolios throughout Australia; property matters involving local government and State Government instrumentalities; and acting for corporate landlords in relation to CBD office and retail lettings.
Since 2002 Simon has expanded his areas of practice to encompass private client work including wills, estates, trusts and general commercial matters.
