Patrick was admitted to practice in 1974. He is: accredited as a Business Law Specialist with the Law Institute; a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant; and Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia. Patrick is currently a member of Council of the Law Institute of Victoria.
His experience is with small to large firms having been a partner of Molomby & Molomby (now Middletons) and director of Harwood Andrews Lawyers.
Patrick practises primarily in business and investment structures and tax, superannuation, commercial agreements, business and company acquisition and joint ventures, financial services law, risk protection and succession.
Patrick practises in the receivables management, mining consulting, retail franchising, environmental/waste management and investment industries.
His client base includes high net worth individuals, public companies and large private companies and trusts as well as small business and local government.
Patrick has also held or holds appointments on boards and committees of private companies and not-for-profit organisations.
