Sam Grindal

Sam started his legal career in 2004 with an inner city legal practice where he gained general commercial and property law experience.

In 2005 Sam moved to the United Kingdom and joined the legal department of a prominent central London Borough council. As part of the legal team Sam advised the Council on high profile matters including the redevelopment of London’s East End in connection with the London 2012 Olympics and the multi-billion pound redevelopment of London’s King Cross.

Sam returned to Melbourne with his young family and joined Donaldson Trumble Lawyers in 2007.

Sam’s practice now focuses primarily on all aspects of property law.

He advises a diverse range of clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property, retirement villages, adverse possession claims, subdivisions and multi-level off the plan inner city apartment projects.

Sam has acted for landlords in relation to CBD property leasing arrangements and the eventual sale of those properties. He also advises both landlords and tenants on their obligations under the law and their leases.

Sam has both a considered approach and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring his clients receive practical, accurate legal advice.
