Jan Moffatt is our litigation, health and family law expert. She wears at least two hats.

On the private side, Jan acts for clients in proceedings arising out of personal affairs like divorce, disputed wills and aged care.

In the more public arena, she represents corporate and government clients in the health sector in coronial enquiries and cases involving charges of medical negligence.
